Windows 8

I downloaded Windows 8 when it first came out. I tried to be positive about it, but there were many problems with it. I didn't like that it turned on to a menu of programs rather than the desktop. I never used that other page except to go to the desktop. There are some things I like about Windows 8, but I was more comfortable with Windows 7. I finally downloaded something that helped me like Windows 8, because it makes it like Windows 7. I downloaded  a program called classic shell (http://www.classicshell.net/) and I am very very happy right now. I now have a START button on the bottom left corner like the old Windows. I turn my computer on to the desktop like before. But, I also have the open programs in the top left corner when I want them so I can find them. I also can use a program I use a lot that hasn't worked with the other Windows editions without a disk drive. I look forward to using my computer now and I am a fan of Microsoft again!!
