Passion!!

Everyone should find out what they have a passion for! I really believe everyone has a passion and part of life is the journey to find out what that passion is. There are a variety of passions people have from sports to scholastics to cooking to dancing. Many people have hobbies that consume all their time that they are not at work. My last week in high school Meri Clem helped me realize what my passion is on the last week of high school. She asked me if I was going to become a teacher, and I had never thought about it before. I thought I was going to become a lawyer, or police officer. A teacher ... hmmm. Second week in college I changed my major from English to Liberal Studies. I still planned to be in ROTC, and join the Army, and I did. As I was in the Army I realized that the reason I wanted to be a teacher was I wanted to help people. My passion was to help people find their passion. When I teach I know I succeed when people find their passion. Tonight I have been really happy. I taught all day, which I really enjoy and I finally figured out how to fix a computer I have been working on for two weeks. Well, this computer was giving my friend trouble about 6 months ago, she brought it to me and I fixed it ... I thought. A month later she brought it to me again, with the same problem. This went on a few more times till I thought I was really able to do it ... and it worked for a month and pooped out again. I was stumped until I realize the problem with the laptop was in the buttons that you use when you don't have a mouse. So, I went out and bought an external mouse and it is perfect. Of course maybe in a month her kids will break it again. I am keeping my fingers crossed!!

  1. Oh, I have a laptop with a similar problem. I will get double or triple click for one click. Really messes up my passion of game playing! LOL I've thought about getting a mouse to use, but so far I just deal with it.
