My new NEW car!! |

Old NEW car |
Have you noticed that I haven't written anything since I took a trip to Atlanta? If you remember I wasn't happy about going on that trip, and it turned out it was worse than I thought it would be. After the trip I got called by someone from the company and they said I seemed like a complainer at the meeting. I realized I probably did, and I was wrong for that. I had thought that I needed to voice my problems to someone, and found out my company didn't want to hear about my problems. Oh well, life goes on and I need to handle my own problems. I have been a little depressed since November, and it has gotten worse since then. I originally got sad because I felt my company didn't appreciate me at all because they gave me a car for my work that really wasn't sufficient for my job (it was a tiny car that isn't really suitable for driving long distances, and they didn't see any problem with it), I had asked for other materials to help me do my job and that wasn't addressed (boy, I'm complaining again, I should stop!), it also didn't help that some people stopped talking to me and I missed them, then it rained and I found I needed to fix my leaky house, then the heater went out in my house, many things were happening and I felt like my life was slowly being taken apart.
This happens to me periodically and I know I just need to weather the storm and things will get better. I was noticing that I was starting to ignore things. I wasn't writing in my blog, I wasn't taking pictures any more, the grass around my house was getting shabby, I wasn't cleaning my cats' little box, I seemed not to care! This week I started running, which I haven't done for 2 weeks, I started taking a few pictures, I cleaned up around the house. Today I picked up a new work car that I love. I got many compliments this week on my work. I realize that if I wait for things to get worse, they probably will, if I do something to improve them then they will get better faster! When you notice that I haven't written anything in a while, and you want to read more then email me at grtsct@yahoo.com and that will help me realize that I need to do something to make myself feel better!
Glad you made it back to your blog. Here I had been thinking something exciting must have happened in your life to keep you busy and it turns out you were feeling blue.
ReplyDeleteBoth your old and new car look nice to me. Personally, I prefer to drive small cars, even on long trips. Unless I'm going RVing, then I hook the car on the back of a 32 footer. LOL
