Do people really read my blog?

Vineyards in Napa Valley
Today I had to drive to Kelseyville, California to visit a continuation high school. Since I was driving through Napa I thought I would stop and see an old student of mine. I had coffee with her and we talked about things that had happened over the past year since we haven't seen each other since December 2011. It was fun to talk to her. She is a friend on my Facebook and enjoys the pictures I put on there when I go on my driving trips. She mentioned that she read this blog sometimes and was worried about me writing in my blog today. I told her that was a great subject to write about, how people think about what they will say to me because they fear what I will write about what they say.

I write about things that happen to me. I write about things I think about. I write about me, and sometimes I meet people during the day and I write about what happened. I try not to name specific people, in case someone can identify them. I have had a girl I was dating read what I wrote about them, even though I wrote about how great they were, and never talked to me again. My kids have never read any of my blog so they don't complain about me writing about them and how much I love them. If I wrote about someone that they didn't like what they read then I'm sorry and I will take if off if I am asked! If it was me I would feel happy that I affected someone enough that they wanted to write about me!

Well, it's was just an interesting to periodically notice after myself that I think about it while talking. It didn't impact my speech though :-)
