We apologize for the defective mount. We had received a bad batch from
the manufacturer,we have since then received a good batch and are shipping them out as free replacements for out to are customer, if you would prefer a refund please let us know.

That is the response I got from my email to the company. I sent them my address and I got an email today that the replacement piece was sent. Hmmmmmm, good customer service? They should not have sent me the bad piece if they knew they had bad pieces, and if they have replacement pieces already then they knew they were sending out broke stuff!! I guess I'm just glad they are replacing it without me having to send the old one back!
