Fourth Day

I got to the gym twice again today. You know how they say if you exercise much you start to enjoy it? They lie!! I drive about 5 minutes to the gym I go to, and all the time I am driving there I am telling myself how much I don't know to exercise, but, I know I need it. The gym opens at 8am on Saturday and Sunday, so I don't go there until 9:30 (at least today), and I don't finish till late morning. Then if I want to do anything in the evening, I have to go late afternoon. All I know for sure, I am doing what I will do. I am down another 2 pounds today, so now I am down to 193. When I weigh myself at home, without shoes on I am under 190. I know it isn't so accurate, but it feels good. On Monday I have a Dr. appointment, for a different matter, and we will see how much I really weigh. I will be sure not to wear heavy clothes! Oh, what did I eat today? I had cereal for breakfast, then an apple, then chicken for lunch, I cheated today and had a couple of VERY small sandwiches someone had brought to the poker game, and then I had another piece of chicken when I came home. My fridge is empty now, so tomorrow I gotta buy groceries. I will pick up another 10 pack of chicken thighs, some salad, and some apples. That will last me another 4 days and I can reevaluate what I'm doing. I have changed my eating habit to ensure I eat something every 2 hours. My thinking is that if I eat before I exercise, then my "body" will begin to use up the food, then if I keep introducing new food, but very small amounts, my body will know more is coming, so use up what it "sees". I will keep you informed how it works.
